Before you return a Styyo product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All of styyo products are checked before parcel packing. We pack carefully so that the jewelry does not get damaged while in transit. But in case items get damaged in transit; please communicate immediately after receiving the item so that alternative arrangements can be made.

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product, then it has to be brought to our notice within 24 hours of receiving it. If the claims are genuine, we shall then ask to send back the product and the return product has to dispatch within 3 working days with our tags intact. Product received without our tags are not eligible for refund. We shall examine it and according to the facts of the case we can process refund. If we have sent the wrong product or if the product is proved that its not as per description then we can process full refund within 21 days after the product reaches us.

In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).


  • Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of order. You must email to notify us.
  • You are required to send us a photograph of the product, then, it is up to the discretion of the Styyo QC team to decide whether product is approved for return.
  • Once we have received an e-mail notifying us of your concern with the product image and our Quality Control team has authorized the return we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.
  • Styyo will refund the purchase price of the jewelry. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging

We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.


  • Genuine quality issues.
  • Your order is damaged in transit
  • Order is lost in transit.
  • In case a wrong item has been shipped to you.
  • Product received without our tags are not eligible for refund.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Styyo marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • Shipping charges paid by customers are not refundable once the products are shipped.
